To give you peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty and return policy.

90-Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return or exchange your product within 90 days. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will send you return shipping instructions, as well as details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for purchases made through third-party retailers. All returns, exchanges, and refunds must be processed directly through Kosy. You can always contact us for any return questions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order within 7 days upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware that products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].

Right to Refuse Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request at our sole discretion. Requests that do not comply with our policies or involve product that has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised modifications will not be accepted. Our decision will be final in such cases.
