Your satisfaction is our priority and we’re here to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. To give you peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty and return policy.
90-Day Return Policy
This return and refund policy applies only to local (Singapore) orders. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return or exchange your product within 90 days. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will send you return shipping instructions, as well as details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for purchases made through third-party retailers. All returns, exchanges, and refunds must be processed directly through Kosy. You can always contact us for any return questions.
Sale items and promotional purchases are only eligible for a 7-Day Free Trial.
The product Kosy Weighted Blanket does not come with a trial period.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 7 days upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware that customer-inflicted damages due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Any blanket or product exchanged will not be eligible for additional trials (i.e. If you return or exchange a product, you will not be eligible for another 90-Night Trial).
Returns
Once we issue return instructions, the item must be dropped off or shipped by the deadline provided. This ensures smooth processing and prevents delays. A $20 flat handling fee may be charged to cover additional logistics and processing. Returns must be shipped back in their original shipping box, along with all original packaging, bags, and accessories. Incomplete returns will be rejected.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].
If the refund is not approved due to the item failing to meet our return conditions (e.g., signs of use, missing packaging, or damage), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, charged at a flat rate of $20, for the product to be sent back to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Right to Refuse Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request at our sole discretion. Requests that do not comply with our policies or involve product that has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised modifications will not be accepted. Our decision will be final in such cases.
