Kosy Cares Policy
The Kosy Cares program provides a special rate for individuals, schools, community organisations, and professionals who meet the eligibility requirements.
Eligible products are limited to the Kosy Iced Weighted Blanket and Kosy Weighted Blanket only.
Special rate is available exclusively for these sizes: Kids 3KG, Single 5KG and Super Single 7KG.
Each individual is eligible for only one purchase under this program except schools and organisations.
Eligibility documentation must include the name of the individual and can include a medical report, therapist/counsellor letter, etc.
All submitted documentation will be kept strictly confidential.
A size exchange is allowed if the product does not fit the recipient’s needs, with any price difference to be paid or refunded accordingly. Only one exchange per order is permitted. Returns are not available under this program.
